Keeping Your Dog Healthy And Happy

A Dog is For Life...

Tips for keeping your dog happy and healthy:

  • Feed him
  • Train him
  • Walk him
  • Play with him
  • Groom him
  • Excercise him
  • Clean up after him
  • Love him
  • Confine him in a fenced yard
  • Keep him leashed when not in an enclosure
  • Vaccinate him against Rabies
  • Give him a rabies tag and license tag
  • Keep him free of fleas, ticks and diseases
  • Neuter him to control overpopulation

Signs that your dog is a pest to others:

  • He's running at large
  • He's chasing people
  • He's chasing cars
  • He's scattering garbage
  • He's biting people
  • He's harming other dogs
  • He's causing traffic accidents
  • He's abandoned without food or shelter

Make sure there is room in your life for a dog before you add one to your household! And remember — the hectic holidays are not the best time to bring a puppy home.
